We assure you that during profiling, we do not process your data in a fully automated manner without human intervention. An exception to this rule is a situation in which an automated decision is made for the purpose of performing a binding cooperation agreement, for example, to ensure appropriate availability of services for you. However, you always have the right not to be subject to such a decision and to request human intervention, which we will of course provide. Simply contact us using the email address provided above.

After the above-mentioned periods have expired, your data will be deleted or anonymised.
Am I required to provide my data?
Use of our services is entirely voluntary. However, we use the personal data you provide to contact you in order to fulfil your order or provide the service. In such cases, failure to provide the required data may result in a delay or even refusal to fulfil the order or provide the service. We are also legally required to process certain data for accounting and tax purposes. Failure to provide such data may, for example, make it impossible for us to issue an invoice or an invoice issued in your name. If you provide us with your telephone number or email address, this is done voluntarily. Failure to provide this information will not result in the refusal to fulfil your order or provide the service. Providing consent for marketing activities, satisfaction surveys concerning the quality of our services, or receiving commercial information (newsletters) is always voluntary.
